GCMS (Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry) for metabolomic analyses

Our metabolomics research capabilities are based on Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) technology using Agilent 7200, Sensitive high-resolution accurate MS operated in EI, pCI, nCI scan, and MS/MS acquisition modes for non-routine analyses and challenging samples

The lab services includes:pic

  • Help in designing metabolomics experiments
  • Sample Preparation includes a variety of biological samples such as cell culture, biofluids and tissues.
  • LCMS data acquisition- Targeted and untargeted metabolomics as well as labeled isotopes tracing experiments
  • Method development tailored to specific projects
